A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Sales
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to create and execute territory
development plans
Recruit, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives while
implementing best practices
Implement outbound calling programs and support marketing
activities to generate sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
1+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the
Software/Technology space or equivalent experience
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience
required
1+ years of experience analyzing data to develop sales prospecting
execution plans
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members
Demonstrated success in developing a prospect pipeline through
targeted outbound prospecting
