- Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with corporate transactional legal needs, including
M&A work
Provide guidance on private company M&A and M&A
financing
Manage general corporate matters such as licensing and service
contracts
Required Qualifications
Active license to practice law
10+ years of experience in corporate law
Extensive experience with private company M&A and M&A
financing
Portable book of business of $500K or more
Doctoral degree required
