Job Description:
A company is looking for an Education Program Manager to design
and implement educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Define project objectives, create project plans, and monitor
progress
Engage with speakers and volunteers to shape program content and
delivery
Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure program alignment
with organizational priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or
6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience in education program development or
nonprofit management
Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships with
diverse individuals and organizations
Experience working with executives and high-level partners
Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese preferred
