Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute data-driven creator strategies across
campaigns
Source, vet, negotiate, and manage influencers from casting to
content delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client goals
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in digital, influencer, or beauty marketing
Deep understanding of beauty trends and creators
Strong network of influencer/agent contacts
Skilled in campaign budgeting and influencer negotiations
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
