Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inquiries regarding Commercial Auto insurance
coverages
Collaborate with Producers and Carriers on endorsement
inquiries
Provide exceptional customer service while multitasking and
prioritizing time-sensitive matters
Required Qualifications
Licensed in Commercial Lines insurance
Experience with Commercial Auto insurance
Familiarity with insurance coverages in general
Proficiency in Applied Epic, AMS 360, or similar insurance
software
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office
environment
