Key Responsibilities
Drive delivery excellence and customer success while managing
multiple work streams
Build executive relationships and guide clients through complex
data challenges
Collaborate with Sales to drive account expansion and long-term
value
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Change Management Leader for Data and
AI transformations
4+ years of consulting leadership experience with external
clients
Expertise in organizational change management and developing change
strategy plans
Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and data
governance programs
Bachelor's degree required
