Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Auditing & Compliance
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall quantity and quality of coding production for
assigned clients
Lead and train a team of coding auditing specialists while ensuring
compliance with coding guidelines
Participate in client discovery calls and oversee quality assurance
and educational delivery for client projects
Required Qualifications
AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
5+ years of coding and auditing experience, including Profee and
Facility
2+ years of previous leadership experience
Experience with inpatient and outpatient coding
Ability to audit and provide education as needed
