Arrow Electronics, a leader in global electronics and enterprise computing solutions, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to head our Transportation and Automotive sector. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and development of Arrows market share within these specialized industries. The ideal candidate will design and implement strategic plans to enhance client engagement, forge strong industry relations, and boost sales performance in alignment with Arrow's overarching objectives. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base in the automotive and transportation sectors. Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to ensure they meet their individual and team targets. Establish productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the automotive and transportation industries. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt sales goals accordingly. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure product offerings meet industry needs. Manage customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues to maintain Arrow’s reputation for service excellence. Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Proven ability in strategic sales planning and execution Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Solid understanding of the automotive and transportation sectors’ market dynamics. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred.
