A company is looking for a Broker - Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed production goals and develop client and agent
relationships
Supervise a team and ensure effective communication of pertinent
information
Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business
while negotiating terms and coverages
Required Qualifications
College degree or appropriate insurance designation
Three years of experience in production and marketing of new
accounts
Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
High level of knowledge of wholesale insurance
Ability to understand and analyze components of insurance
policies
