Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part Time Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in enrolling in healthcare programs through
inbound and outbound calls
Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and follow-ups
Provide support in a remote work environment
Required Qualifications
1 year of customer service experience
Call center experience required
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly
Excel and Outlook
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for higher pay rate
Must reside in Illinois
