Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Practice Lead Consultant &
Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Salesforce practice roadmap and establish
delivery frameworks
Lead technical discovery, architectural design, and implementation
of Salesforce solutions
Act as the technical lead on strategic client engagements and
support proposals and client workshops
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture,
development, and solution delivery
3+ years in a technical leadership or practice-building
capacity
Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and platform
automation
Experience with CI/CD tools and source control
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Application
Architect or System Architect required
