Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dispatcher II to manage intake,
triage, and access to care for members.
Key Responsibilities
Screen requests for services from members
Coordinate assignment and flow of field and virtual care resources
across several states
Identify and escalate issues related to safety and service
delivery
Required Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience
Experience in coordinating care resources
Ability to assess risks related to life threats and self-harm
Proficiency in completing assessments and documentation across
multiple platforms
Compliance with medical clearance requirements for member-facing
roles
