Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Assists in preparing detailed reporting to drive improvements
Analyzes issues and supports teams in resolving performance
gaps
Develops and maintains regular reporting in the form of scorecards
and KPI reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge in Customer Experience (CX)
Data analytics and research experience preferred
Tableau experience is a plus
