Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Now Architect, HAM.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop technical architecture for Service Now IT Asset
Management
Set up integrations with various software inventory tools
Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and provide technical
leadership to the development team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Service Now design and development experience
Hands-on experience with Service Now platform and custom
integrations
At least two full lifecycle Service Now implementations as a
Solution Architect/lead consultant
Service Now certifications, including System Administrator and
Certified Implementation Specialist in HAM and SAM
