Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior OCM Analyst/OCM Consultant (or
Sr. Comms Specialist).
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of data sources and establish relationships with key
stakeholders
Develop and implement change management plans aligned with
organizational objectives
Track progress and provide regular reports on change initiatives to
leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational
change management or related fields
Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR,
Kotter's 8-Step Model)
Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback
Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information
is preferred
