Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their food manufacturing facility in CaliforniaResponsibilities:*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively*Ensure all subordinates are following all laws and guidelines including OSHA, EPA, USDA guidelines*Direct supervisors and mechanics for all maintenance work and ensure assignments are in relation to their skills*Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work*Assign and direct all PM work orders*Manage Ammonia Refigeration PSM systems*Review and make adjustments to all planned job packages*Ensure safe work practices are followed*Oversee skills training and development of employees*Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily*Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedbackRequirements:*BS or BA degree preferred, but not required*5+ years technical experience in the food manufacturing industry*5+ years' PLC experience*3+ years' capital project experience*Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance*Experience managing salaried personnel (supervisors)*Strong analytical ability*Excellent communication skills*PSM experience highly preferred*Proven leadership ability**Interested candidates are encourage to email current resumes to jhoms judge.com**UI 661397
