A company is looking for a Lead CRM Technologist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical owner of the Braze platform,
overseeing architecture, configuration, and optimization
Design and implement email/SMS infrastructure to support marketing
initiatives across multiple channels
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate CRM platforms and
develop automated workflows and templates
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing technology or related technical
roles
Deep expertise with Braze or similar enterprise CRM platforms
Strong technical understanding of email and SMS infrastructure and
deliverability
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email development
Experience designing and implementing complex marketing automation
workflows
