Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Services Associate to support
their client success team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare client-facing materials using Google Workspace and
Microsoft Office
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on performance check-ins
and optimization support
Monitor campaign performance and assist with data-driven
adjustments to meet client goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Proficiency in Google Drive Suite and Microsoft Office (especially
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience in advertising or performance marketing is a plus
Analytical self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
