Job Description:
A company is looking for an EVP, Commercial & Technology
Transactions, Legal & Business Affairs.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate, draft, and finalize agreements related to content
distribution and licensing
Provide strategic advice and oversee agreements for senior
stakeholders across various divisions
Manage senior attorneys in transactional verticals and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
JD; admission to state Bar (preferably NY)
At least 10 years of supervisory experience of high-performing
legal teams
A minimum of 20 years of legal experience, with 15 years in the
entertainment industry
At least 5 years of commercial transactional drafting and
negotiation experience in media and technology
Experience with Most Favored Nations provisions
