Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Supply Planner/Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Own inventory strategy execution, including safety stock targets
and allocation decisions
Ensure continuity of supply while balancing in-stock performance
with inventory efficiency
Lead the Supply Review portion of the S&OP process and
collaborate with various departments to align supply with
demand
Required Qualifications:
Deep understanding of foundational supply planning principles
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools
Strong analytical skills, including knowledge of SQL or Python
Experience in leading individual contributors or managing
employees
Continuous improvement mindset
