Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in
Alamogordo, NM.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with individuals over the phone, providing support during
emotional distress or mental health challenges
Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation
and providing resources as needed
Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace and intervene during
emergencies when necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or
university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social
Services
Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a
related behavioral healthcare field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking
Secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a stable, wired internet
connection
