Develop Retailer action plans to meet sales targets for Lincoln
vehicles
Manage Wholesale tasks and Retailer order strategies for efficient
inventory turnover
Lead execution of Lincoln initiatives and support training for
Retailers to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or service roles
Strong understanding of retail operations and customer experience
metrics
Ability to develop and implement strategic action plans
Experience in training and development within a retail
environment
Familiarity with automotive industry standards and practices
