A company is looking for a Call Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a
timely manner
Read scripts verbatim for products and services and provide
rebuttals when necessary
Build positive relationships by delivering exceptional customer
service and addressing all questions and concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Previous outbound call experience required
Previous sales or customer service experience in any capacity
Microsoft Office proficiency required, especially Outlook
Desire to succeed and a motivated, competitive attitude
Ability to work in fast-paced environments
