Job Description:
A company is looking for a Real Estate Transactions Associate to
support the growth and refinement of its real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in negotiating LOIs, leases, renewals, and amendments for
new and existing locations
Manage ongoing portfolio management and special projects, including
process flows and commission tracking
Create and maintain communication and status reports for
stakeholders regarding project progress and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience negotiating LOIs, leases,
renewals, and amendments
Strong understanding of real estate terminology and basic lease
accounting principles
Property management experience preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree is required
