Job Description:
A company is looking for a SONYMA Loan Processor responsible for
providing quality customer service and managing loan
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and
assets before submitting to underwriting
Assemble and verify the complete loan package for underwriting,
ensuring compliance with regulations
Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain
necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
Experience with Encompass and SONYMA loans
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending
regulations
Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
