Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Hourly.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical
assistance via phone, email, or in-person
Utilize technical knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve
customer issues effectively
Accurately capture customer interactions and escalate complex
issues beyond Tier I support
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in IT support and/or customer service or
demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills
Working knowledge of multiple Operating Systems (Windows and
Apple)
Familiarity with commonly used software such as Microsoft Office,
Slack, and web browsers
Understanding of computing and network technologies
Experience in fostering a diverse environment among faculty, staff,
and students
