Hello my name is Sarah.
Trying to be thorough so you know the real description.
I am looking for someone to walk my dogs while I'm out of the country, and my husband is still at work. Might possibly need to feed them. I need someone who won't mind being greeted at the door by 3 cats and 2 dogs, but also not let the cats outside. The cats will be taken care of by my husband and an automatic feeder. My neighbors might be able to feed the dogs, not sure yet.

My main concern is them getting a walk. They don't need a ton of exercise a 15-20 min walk will do the trick. They both have arthritis. This is for my 10 yr old black lab, Shamus who has fully recovered from an ACL tear and my 3 year old American Bully, Princess Beefcake, she just has little legs and a big potato body. They are both very friendly.

Princess needs a harness, Shamus has a pinch collar. Shamus walks really well, but unfortunately has been attacked several times while on a leash which has made him reactive to other large dogs on walks (besides Princess). I take a specific route around the neighborhood to avoid the most dogs and can easily share a map with you.

Princess Beefcake gets very excited for the first few minutes and will try to pull in the beginning, she needs someone who won't let her drag them down the street. After a few minutes in she gets the hang of it and by the end sometimes she will slow down to the point she needs encouragement to pick up the pace.

Both of them try to pick up poo along the way so I try not to let them off the sidewalk unless they are definitely going potty. Princess especially needs supervision as I've had to pull chicken wings, corn cobs and palm tree bark out of her mouth on walks. They love saying hello to the people at the tire shop and coffee shop. They are absolutely fine around kids and adults so I never worry when people ask to pet them. They will give entirely too many kisses. They have seemingly never met a stranger unless you are a vacuum cleaner, then they are not a fan.

The schedule would be for Wed 4/19 anytime between 6-8pm is good.

Saturday and Sunday 4/22 & 4/23 anytime between 8-10 am.

Monday 4/24 6-8pm
