This position requires candidates to operate and maintain lamination equipment used in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs). within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities for a Lamination Operator include but are not limited to: · Operate all lamination department equipment and perform required quality checks. · Conduct preventative maintenance and minor machinery repairs as needed. · Enter job information into the manufacturing tracking system with accuracy. · Read and interpret shop orders to confirm prior operations, verify counts, and ensure product quality. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing or a similar production environment. · Ability to read blueprints and understand job specifications. · English reading, writing, and communication skills. · Basic computer proficiency for data entry tasks.
