We are looking for employees to join our team and contribute to all aspects of the production process. This is an entry-level manufacturing role, with lots of room for growth. Benefits Package: 401(k) with company matching Dental partial coverage Medical partial insurance Vision partial coverage Paid time off benefits Employee referral program Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly Responsibilities: Use forklift equipment to move and store materials when needed Help with different parts of manufacturing, like preparing materials, running CNC laser cutters, checking quality, and shipping products Check work quality at each step to make sure everything meets company standards Qualifications: Dedication to keeping the workplace clean and safe Ability to stand and walk during full 8-hour shifts Willingness to learn all parts of the manufacturing process Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment Can repeatedly lift 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs About Company Fabworks is on a mission to make ordering custom-fabricated parts fast and affordable for companies all over the United States.
