driving process improvements in the heat treating department · Will
design and fabricate tooling to support heating treating using
CATIA · Will drive continuous improvements, perform root cause
investigations to support production issues · Will drive SOP’s with
process controls, prepare routers and analyze non-
conformance/rejections · Will standardize work instructions for the
production and rework processes Key Requirements 5 years of
experience Heat treating experience Engineering degree is required
