Job Description Job Description Located in Fullerton, CA Salary: $18 Job Title: Entry Level CNC Lathe/Swiss Turn Operator Pay: $18 DOE We are seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined individual to join our client's precision manufacturing team as an Entry-Level CNC Lathe / Swiss Turn Operator . No prior CNC experience is required- we will train the right candidate! Responsibilities Assist with operating CNC Lathe and Swiss Turn machines Learn how to load materials, inspect parts, and monitor machine operation Support machinists with basic machine setup tasks Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers and gauges Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines Requirements No CNC experience required - mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn is key Ability to use or learn basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and reliability Positive attitude and interest in learning a skilled trade Schedule & Pay Full-time, long-term opportunity Competitive entry-level pay Training provided Overtime available depending on production needs Why This Role?
