Job Description:

Manufacturing Sr Staff Engineer. In this role, you will engage in
the advancement of medical devices and pharmaceutical
manufacturing, embodying our commitment to enhancing healthcare
outcomes and promoting environmental sustainability. This position
requires a blend of innovation, precision, and a passion for
efficiency in our state-of-the-art facilities. Develop, evaluate,
and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product
design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, and
production equipment capabilities. Collaborate with research and
development during product initiation and development stages to
ensure manufacturability and scalability of product designs. Lead
and mentor engineering staff, fostering an environment of
continuous improvement and team cohesion. Implement sustainable
manufacturing practices, aligning with corporate environmental
goals. Engage in the troubleshooting and resolution of complex
issues in manufacturing processes, ensuring high reliability and
quality standards. Manage projects from concept through production
launch, including timelines, budgets, and compliance with
regulatory standards. Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes
and workflow to identify opportunities to increase efficiency,
reduce costs, and improve quality. Proven proficiency in CAD
software and MS Office, Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills, Excellent leadership and communication abilities, Knowledge
of ISO requirements and quality control systems, Familiarity with
lean manufacturing principles and six sigma practices. Medical
Insurance 401k PMP certification desirable, Lean Six Sigma Green or
Black Belt certification preferred.
