Location: Pasadena, CA Pay: $80 to $90 per hour Job Type: Contract
or Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, Onsite LHH is working with a large
national firm seeking a skilled Labor & Employment Litigation
Attorney for a contract-to-hire opportunity to join their firm in
Pasadena. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of labor and
employment defense litigation experience, with a strong ability to
support senior attorneys in managing all phases of litigation.
Candidates should be based in or near the assigned office location
and able to commute on an as needed basis. The position offers
hands-on litigation work and potential for long-term employment
with the firm. Responsibilities: Assist with employment litigation
matters, including wage & hour claims, discrimination, harassment,
wrongful termination, and retaliation cases. Draft legal documents
such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses.
Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries and memoranda.
Participate in strategy discussions, depositions, and settlement
negotiations. Support trial preparation and attend court
appearances as needed. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law
school and licensed to practice in California. 2 years of
experience in labor & employment litigation. Strong writing,
analytical, and case management skills. Able to work independently
and collaborate in a team environment. Familiarity with California
employment law and litigation procedures. Benefit offerings
