experienced Senior Litigation Associate to join its team in Newport
Beach. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 5-6
years of experience in complex commercial litigation to take on
significant responsibilities in a supportive and collaborative

with commercial disputes, including drafting motions, taking and

Responsibilities: Manage complex commercial disputes and litigation
matters, including preparing motions, depositions, and e-discovery.
Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to strategize,
prepare, and execute litigation plans. Participate in all phases of
case management, from discovery to trial. Required Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in commercial litigation. Strong research,
writing, and analytical skills. California Bar membership. Ability
to work in-office 3 days per week. Compensation: Competitive salary
range: $365,000 - $390,000 per year (based on experience and
