Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Commercial Litigation
Attorney (Contract and Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Research complicated legal issues efficiently and competently
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda of law, and legal
correspondence
Handle all aspects of discovery, including depositions
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of commercial litigation experience
Federal court experience is preferred
Licensed and in good standing in California
J.D. from an accredited, preferably first-tier, law school
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-service-driven
environment
