Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Paralegal, Commercial
Contracts (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing legal documents such as MSAs, NDAs, and Consulting
Agreements
Creating and maintaining form agreements and internal playbooks
Overseeing incoming requests to the legal team and managing the
contracts management system
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ years of commercial contracting paralegal
experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
Proficiency in IronClad, Google Suite, and various document
management systems
Ability to work under competing deadlines and adjust
responsibilities as needed
Commitment to handling confidential information discreetly
Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
