Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Counsel to ensure
compliance with automotive safety regulations and internal
guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with teams on compliance with NHTSA and internal
guidelines
Draft and edit communications for customers, dealers, and
government agencies
Supervise and manage legal assistants
Required Qualifications
5+ years of legal experience focused on product litigation and
regulatory compliance
Knowledge of NHTSA regulatory and compliance laws
Experience in drafting legal documents and communications
Ability to advise on regulatory risks related to product
designs
Proficient in MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat
