Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal (Litigation and Risk) to
manage pre-litigation disputes and assist with ongoing litigation
matters.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints
and regulatory inquiries
Draft and manage templates for escalated dispute letters and
maintain electronic records of disputes
Assist with fact investigation and document production for ongoing
litigation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification, or equivalent
education and work experience
6+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting litigation or
dispute resolution
Working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures
Prior experience handling litigation matters within a corporate
environment or law firm preferred
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
