Job Description:
A company is looking for an Early Career Personal Injury
Protection Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of insurance defense litigation from case
inception to verdict
Conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath
(EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports
Review new file assignments, analyze evidence, develop case
strategies, and draft legal documents
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate and active membership in good standing with the New
York State Bar
Successful completion of courses focused on legal research,
writing, and analysis
Demonstrated time management skills and ability to balance multiple
tasks
Capable of organizing case files and managing legal documents
Must be commutable distance to courthouses throughout the greater
New York area
