seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and productive Data Specialist
to join our team. In this position, you will perform duties as a
PA53 Data Specialist. The position supports the Interoperability
Analysis Branch by conducting data processing, data validation, and
event reconstruction of combat system and Tactical Data Links (TDL)
datasets. The candidate must possess a strong technical foundation,
with competencies in data cleaning and validation, data processing,
quality assurance, and data integration, as well as experience with
automation tools and adherence to data governance standards to
ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of critical
operational datasets. Responsibilities Support both land-based
testing and fleet exercises by managing and processing of large
tactical datasets, using NSWC Corona PA analysis tools Data
cleaning, validation, and event reconstruction or track association
to prepare datasets for thorough analysis. Work closely with the
Interoperability Analysis team and must be proficient in
troubleshooting data processing and event reconstruction challenges
to maintain data integrity and support analytical objectives.
Required Skills Proven experience in data processing, cleaning, and
validating large and complex datasets Preferred: Foundational
knowledge of tactical data links (TDL), including Link 16 Solid
understanding of data management and analytical principles Strong
ability to clearly communicate technical findings to diverse
audiences Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving software tool
issues Expertise in data characterization techniques Demonstrated
capability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Advanced proficiency with Excel, macros, pivot tables, and managing
intricate datasets Competence in event reconstruction and/or track
association using multiple system data sources Excellent
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and
consistently meet deadlines under aggressive testing schedules Must
be a U.S. Citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET
clearance Must be willing to work on site in Norco CA Desired
Skills US Navy Knowledge of Combat Systems (ET, FC, OS, IT, etc.) -

is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards
(SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or
exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage
determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable
to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract
for the work location.? Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $31.99 There
