Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing- Mobile and Operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead mobile marketing strategy across paid and organic channels to drive app installs, activations, and long-term retention
Oversee technology platforms related to mobile app and drive strategic usage to support growth objectives
Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for app store optimization, onboarding flows, and in-app messaging

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in growth marketing, mobile marketing, or marketing operations, with at least 2+ years of people leadership experience
Proven success scaling mobile user acquisition and engagement through paid channels and lifecycle campaigns
Expertise in marketing and mobile tech platforms (Adjust, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, META Ads, etc)
Strong analytical capabilities and experience with performance reporting and competitive analysis
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
