Job Description:
A company is looking for a Support Software Engineer to maintain
and enhance technology solutions for restaurants.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance software by building internal tools to improve customer
support and optimize workflows
Support engineering partners by troubleshooting issues and serving
as a liaison between departments
Assist in diagnosing platform issues and provide technical support
and bug fixes
Required Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional software
development experience
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript/React with 1+ years of
professional experience
Experience writing automated tests using RSpec or similar
frameworks
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with databases and ability to retrieve data via a Rails
Console
