Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead
critical IT projects supporting business transformation and
technology modernization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT initiatives from kickoff to completion using Agile,
Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches
Serve as Scrum Master for agile teams, facilitating daily standups
and sprint planning while clearing obstacles
Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure alignment on
goals, deliverables, and timelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional
experience
5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a Project Manager,
Scrum Master, or hybrid role
Proven success delivering projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall,
and Iterative methods
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Monday.com, JIRA,
and Microsoft 365
PMP, CSM, or related certifications preferred
