Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telecom Operations III
professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support telecommunications infrastructure, including
troubleshooting and resolving telecommunication issues
Fulfill MAC orders and integrate newly acquired hospitals into
telecom standards
Coordinate service upgrades and ensure minimal business disruption
during changes
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in telecommunications or a
related IT field
Experience in an IT Operations NOC or 2nd/3rd level Service Desk
support environments
Prior experience with telecommunications carriers or vendors in a
technical support or operations capacity
Relevant IT VoIP certifications preferred but not mandatory if
experience is equivalent
