Job Description:
We have a long-term contract role for a Project
Coordinator in Woodland Hills, CA. The initial contract will last
12 months but there is the possibility of indefinite extension!
Here's what we're looking for:
• Coordination of hardware and software ordering, tracking orders
and returns.
• Update organizational charts and distribution lists.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare Powerpoint decks and handle A/V
setup.
• Help with additional administrative duties.
• Someone with great customer service skills.
We'd love if you are proficient in the MS Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project) and have excellent
communication skills. Minimum education requirements: Associates
Degree.
