Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes. Manage care for a diverse patient population with varying medical needs. Qualifications Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine . Passionate about community health and serving underserved populations.
