Position Title: Staffing Recruiting Manager Company: SuperbTech,
Inc. Location: Culver City, Monday-Thursday *in office, Friday’s

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 base bonus (DOE) Benefits: 401(k)

progressing into leadership roles. We’re seeking a resilient,
driven, and dynamic Staffing Recruiting Manager to join our
leadership team. This is a hands-on management role—ideal for
someone who thrives in the high-energy pace of a staffing
environment and is passionate about team building, recruiting,
sales, and client success. Role Overview This is not just a
leadership role—it’s an active management position. You’ll lead by
example, contributing directly to recruiting and/or sales while
guiding a team toward success. Your leadership will set the tone
for daily operations, drive productivity, and shape the company’s
continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a
team of recruiters and/or sales professionals. Recruit directly for
roles in Engineering, IT, and Professional Services. Set
performance goals, KPIs, and daily rhythms for the recruiting and
sales teams. Conduct coaching, training, and performance
evaluations to support team development. Strategize on challenging
roles and high-priority projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
Oversee and manage recruitment tools, job postings, and applicant
tracking systems (ATS). Serve as a key point of contact for
clients, with strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
Ensure operational excellence by managing reporting, quality
control, and data metrics. Contribute to RFPs, resource planning,
and business development initiatives. What We’re Looking For 5
years of recent leadership experience within a staffing/recruiting
agency. Proven success managing recruiting and/or sales teams.
Hands-on recruiting experience—preferably in Engineering, IT, or
Professional disciplines. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Strong client-facing experience with the
ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust. A solid "brag
sheet" including references, performance reports, and proven
results. Experience with industry tools such as SmartSearch (ATS),
LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and VMS platforms. Skilled in setting and
tracking weekly/monthly recruiting metrics. Strong reporting and
systems management skills, including Excel (advanced level
preferred). Familiarity with RFPs and proposal support is a plus.
Preferred (Not Required) Familiarity with ISNetworld. Advanced
knowledge of SmartSearch ATS. Prior experience in a dual
sales/recruiting function. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$75,000–$90,000 (DOE) Bonus: Performance-based bonus Medical
