Key Responsibilities
Tackle a high volume of support requests efficiently while meeting
SLAs
Resolve complex payroll and tax issues with accuracy and
compliance
Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication
and service delivery
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a client or partner-facing role
2+ years of experience in payroll
Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZenDesk)
Willingness to attend annual company offsite events
