Job Description:
*Key Responsibilities:** *Clinical Supervision:** Supervise
Associate Social Workers (ASWs), Marriage and Family Therapists
(MFTs), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) in
earning licensure hours.* Facilitate weekly individual and group
clinical supervision sessions for ASWs, MFTs, and LPCCs.* Conduct
additional clinical groups and training sessions for case managers,
peer supports, and other disciplines as necessary.* *Documentation
and Compliance:** Maintain comprehensive notes and records of all
supervision sessions.* Review and co-sign clinical notes, ensuring
documentation standards are met.* Develop and implement supervisory
plans with supervisees, completing all necessary Board of
Behavioral Sciences paperwork timely.* Monitor and evaluate the
assessment and treatment decisions of supervisees, ensuring the
quality of client care.* *Administrative Duties:** Support
clinicians in recording weekly supervision hours accurately using
platforms or on paper.* Compare approved clinical hours with actual
performance, ensuring compliance with the Board of Behavioral
Sciences.* Communicate any concerns to supervisees' direct
supervisors and the agency director.* *Other Duties:** Perform
other administrative and clinical tasks as assigned.* Travel to
various site locations and outside venues as needed.*Position
Requirements:** Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family
Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.* Valid license as a
mental health professional.* Clinical Supervision Certificates
accredited with CA BBS.* Ability to pass a criminal background
check by the California Department of Justice, including Live Scan
and fingerprinting.* Registered with the California Board of
Behavioral Sciences as a LCSW or MFT.* Be licensed for at least 3
years*Skills and Abilities:** Strong knowledge of therapeutic
processes, theories, and evidence-based practices.* Excellent
organizational and documentation skills.* Ability to work with
individuals from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic
backgrounds.* Adaptable, with a positive outlook and willingness to
facilitate and embrace change.*Work Environment and Physical
Requirements:** Interaction with a variety of individuals within
the agency, clients, and the community.* Exposure to clients and
family members with communicable diseases, potential for violence.*
Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.* Ability to
lift/move up to 15 pounds.* Valid driver's license, motor vehicle
clearance, and proof of insurance.Job Type: Full-timePay:
