  Required: BLS, ACLS, femoral sheath removal.
  
  LICENSURE: CRT and AART licensure
  
  EDUCATION: Graduate of an Accredited School of Radiology
  
  CERTIFICATION : BLS, Fluoroscopy Certification
  
  EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years' experience in diagnostics Radiology or special procedure and two year Cath Lab experience

  SHIFT/HOURS: 4 days per week, 10 hour shifts
  
  8-10 On Call Shifts per month, including one weekend
